A popular fast food dish consisting of french fries covered in cheese and often augmented with other ingredients such as bacon bits, jalepeno slices, or chives. This piece is a simple rock tune that sounds more difficult than it is. A great choice for an young group, a combo, or a mass band. It was premiered at the 2014 North Charleston Arts Festival Finale Concert by the Tri-County Mass Band consisting of 11 elementary, middle, and high school steel bands in the Charleston, SC area.
